Josef Germaine brings to the world of Cantorial and
Hebrew music the artistry of a fine concert tenor. Reared in an Orthodox
environment in New York City, his singing reflects a strong affection and deep
understanding of traditional Jewish liturgy. While pursuing a career in opera
and concert, he simultaneously served as cantor and educator in leading
synagogues in the United States and abroad.
Josef Germaine as a member of the Cantors Assembly and Equity is available
for concerts.
